Auction Help Needed!

Volunteers are needed to help in the following areas:

Friday Night Set Up — Help set up tables, chairs from 6-10pm

Saturday Day Set Up – Help needed all day to dress tables, set up silent auction, help decorate, etc.

Saturday Evening – Help with registration needed 5:15-6 pm and 6pm-6:45pm.  Help as spotters, runners, etc during event 5:30-11pm.

Even if you are not planning on attending the auction, we can use your help….even an hour or two!  Every little bit helps!  Remember, all of our children benefit from the funds raised!  Email Lynn lybaker@seattleschools.org or Susan susweeney@seattleschools.org and let us know where we can plug you in to help!  Thanks!
