The John Hay Auction is April 30th at the ShowBox in SoDo. Here is some valuable information about the event.
RSVP’s – This year, we are doing it first come, first serve. That means, we’ll be filling the tables front to back as the RSVP’s come in. So, turn in your RSVP TODAY! Download the RSVP if you can’t find your hard copy and return to the Volunteer Office.
Silent Auction – Have you viewed the silent auction items yet? www.biddingforgood.com/johnhayauction. There is lots of great items that will be available starting April 15th.
Night Of Auction – We will still be having a smaller silent auction that evening that will include fine wines, wine grab, paddle parties, class baskets and teacher experiences. Don’t miss out!
Procurement – We are still looking for donations from families. Getaways, restaurants, jewelry, dinners…you can donate until April 15th. But, if you make a donation by April 1st, you’ll be entered into a drawing for 2 tickets to the auction. Here’s a donation form2011 to submit with your donation.
