On April 30, 2011, the John Hay Foundation will host its 14th annual auction. This year’s auction will be held at The Showbox in SODO. In addition to being a fun and festive event, the auction is John Hay’s major fundraiser. Proceeds from this event support critical enrichment programs for ALL of our students!
Additionally, this year’s silent auction will be on-line so that everyone can participate! Starting this Friday, you will be able to preview items! Mark your calendar, as the actual silent auction will begin at 8am on April 15th at www.biddingforgood/johnhayauction .
You, as parents, are our best resource for telling the John Hay story because you know first-hand about the quality education it offers our children. It is time to share that story with friends and business associates who might be willing to donate goods and services to our auction. It is also time to think of what you and your family can give to the event! Restaurant Certificates, Tickets to Sporting Events, Hotel Lodging, Home Décor, Vacation Home Stays, Party Hosting, Professional & Creative Services Jewelry & Artwork, Fine Wines and Experiences of All Kinds – Whatever you think might make a good addition to our auction offerings! The deadline for donations is March 18th.
